Secure Covered Car Storage

All vehicles are stored in dry, secure buildings which were specifically constructed on behalf of a government department for the storage and maintenance of specialist vehicles. We do not store cars in converted barns or chicken sheds, even if they now have cameras! The buildings are heated during the winter months. Access is only available by prior arrangement via the main gate which is guarded 24 hours a day. The perimeter is actively patrolled by the Ministry of Defence Guard Service.

On the North Surrey/Hampshire borders we can be at Heathrow or Gatwick within the hour, Luton or Stanstead within ninety minutes. As part of the price we carry out routine monthly checks to ensure the vehicle remains in good running order. This includes:- Checking fluid levels, tyre pressures, battery condition and levels. Running engine up to temperature and driving the vehicle within the perimeter, on private roads, over a short distance but through all gears. All electrical switches and motors are exercised and, if required, a checklist sent to the owner. There is also a network of local specialists and main dealers who, as required, can be called upon to provide service to maintain warranty and service record.

Classic Motor Trade Policy arranged through AON.

Please note that if your car is in long term store with us it can be declared SORN and hence you may be able to claw back licence fee. As it is also covered by our insurance you should consider whether you are due a refund from your own insurance.
